Great design and comfortable to carry. I would buy it again!
Some small ideas for improvement are: light grey inside lining, so that you can see better whats in the bag, upper pocket extended to the whole closing part (more pocket volume) and a variation of brighter colors for girls (like me) e.g. pastel colors and a little bit lighter weight.

This is an excellent backpack. Gets used regularly for family day trips to cart all the essentials needed for my 2 year old and my husband recently used it to complete the 5 Peaks Challenge and the Mourne Wall Challenge and he loved it. Says spot clean only but I’ve thrown it in the washing machine a few times and it comes out like new. Very pleased as I always am with everything I buy from Passenger
