I love my new backpack! Did a 2w backpacking and camping trip with just this bag and managed to fit everything I needed including a hammock and snorkel mask (I travel light but the size is perfect and larger then i expected!) I have an osprey 65L and though I'd need to get something in between the 65 and 26 but I don't think I will. Very comfortable, packs easy, clever design with the pockets and zips make it very user friendly. Thank you Passenger team

My daughter and I both now have these bags ... when they first arrived we loved the style of them, as well as all the pockets (with one star knocked off because we thought the laptop sleeve was a separate pocket, and we're not to keen on the long zip going into the main compartment of the bag).
Then we took them on a weekend away - they are comfy, even when full, however another star is lost because the side pockets are very shallow - while we were travelling, my daughter's 500ml bottle fell out of the pocket and got broken. Even my 750ml bottle is too short to be secured properly by the top strap. This is really disappointing, as the pockets for drinks were one of the main things we were looking for.
So overall, fairly happy with them, but really disappointing that we aren't going to be able to use them fully as intended, especially as these were a purchase that we hoped would last for many years.
