How to measure
Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

- Do not iron or tumble dry.
- Reshape whilst damp.
- Hang dry when possible.

Crazily big. There seems to be no continuity between sizes. I had to send a Xl fleece shirt back the other week as I couldn't pull it up my arms, it was more like a medium. Then this was an XL and it was like a wooly tent. I'm 6'3 and 18 stone and this swamped me. Another trip to the post office to return an item. Disappointing :-(
