You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

Adding a new colourway to our most popular backpack, crafted from 100% recycled material with sustainability in mind. Inspired by the Boondocking communities, travelling freely, embracing the great outdoors and leaving the smallest footprint possible. The Boondocker rucksack is compact enough to handle the basics and big enough to haul the essentials when we roam off-grid. Keep your carry safe and dry wherever the journey takes you. - Outer: 100% 600D Recycled Polyester with a PU water resistant coating
- Lining: 100% Recycled Polyester
- This product has been crafted with our durable 600D recycled polyester fabric, and treated with a water-resistant coating.
- Recycled polyester reduces our dependence on petroleum, cuts out the water and air pollution produced when creating virgin polyester, alongside preventing unnecessary landfill waste.

I'd been after this colour for a while and was sad when it sold out but luckily managed to grab one when they momentarily came back in stock! I have to admit when it first arrived I was a bit disappointed as the rucksack material seems quite thin, however after wearing it for a few hours filled with lots of family paraphernalia; packed lunch, spare clothes etc, I couldn't be more pleased! It's so light and comfortable, I barely noticed I was wearing it. It's really well made and I love the look of it. Lots of really useful pockets too. I know what an earlier review means about having a waist belt but actually being able to clip the shoulder straps together at the front seems to do the trick. Would highly recommend!
