You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

Very good backpack, fit so many items perfect for a short trip.
Only issue I can mention is that the strip in the front is a bit too high for women. As it press on your bra area. For woman it should be a little bit lower :(

Actually bought to use as a baby bag for our toddler and all his paraphernalia and it works perfectly. Lots of pockets to store the essential items without being uncomfortable to wear and so spacious with room for everything without a bulging bag! We love it!
