I love my new backpack! Did a 2w backpacking and camping trip with just this bag and managed to fit everything I needed including a hammock and snorkel mask (I travel light but the size is perfect and larger then i expected!) I have an osprey 65L and though I'd need to get something in between the 65 and 26 but I don't think I will. Very comfortable, packs easy, clever design with the pockets and zips make it very user friendly. Thank you Passenger team

I really like this bag. It’s a great day bag, and at a push it can work as a weekend bag if you pack light. It doesn’t have a ton of pockets, just the ones on the top and front, a laptop pouch, and a separate internal mesh pocket. My other bag has much more internal organisation, but I often find it fiddly trying to remember which pocket things are in, so I actually prefer this simplified layout.
My only complaint, which is why I’ve given it 4 stars, is that the side bottle pockets are way too small. Unless you have a bottle tall enough to secure with the top straps, it's going to fall out (though you can work around this by clipping a carabiner to your bottle lid).
Aside from that, it looks cool and is very comfortable to wear. I haven't tried it in a massive downpour yet, but it's held up fine in light showers. I did buy a separate backpack cover just in case, as I don’t think it's fully waterproof. Overall, a great bag.

Size completely sufficient for day hikes, nice interior layout so that I also have a separate compartment for my dog for her clothes. Only the chest strap to secure the straps is set too high.
