Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

It looks great and fits me,well. I've bought it for winter so not had chance to wear it yet and see how it measures up against the cold weather but I'm anticipating with it being sherpa lined it should be nice and snug.
