Care Guide

    Fantastic experience shopping with Passenger, simple ordering, useful size guide, delivered on time. I ordered the Kinsey recycled jacket as I am always cold, it is perfect. I usually order a small but went for the medium in order to add additional layers underneath when needed. I'm glad that I did as the inside toggle to adjust the waist gives the coat a great shape without then feeling too bulky.

    Would Not Recommend

    I am so disappointed in this coat, I’ve been delighted with every other item of clothing I’ve purchased from Passenger over the years but this was a huge let down. Weird design choices, small hood, waist drawstring constantly gets caught on the zip when you try to do it up (not to mention the placement of the waist string is so odd). Extremely unflattering and uncomfortable cut. Pulls and bunches in strange places. I let all of that go because I needed a warm and water-resistant coat but I wish I’d returned it. Worn out a handful of items and yes it’s lovely and warm but bulky and awkward, not at all water repellent (in fact, I went out in it yesterday in a short burst of medium rain and was soaked through to my skin). I can’t believe I wasted nearly £200 on this.

    Great coat but pockets could be improved.

    Lovely, warm coat for a Cumbrian winter. Mid calf for 5' 2" person - perfect to keep my legs warm. Fleecy lining is great, especially in side hood and pockets. Drawstrings to tighten hood and around the waist. Only gripe is that I'd like zips on the outer pockets to keep things safe in there plus the inside pocket is so flimsy as yo be useless - couldn't put my phone in there. Needs to be a bit bigger, stronger and a zip please. Otherwise a great buyer.

    Well received and quickly

    Well cut

    But a fair size because I took a 42 for my size 38/40 by planning sweaters for winter and not so wide on the sleeve side

    But otherwise the coat is well cut
